Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory — Janoshik Analytical or Kovera Labs — purity by HPLC, identity by mass spectrometry, and net content against the label claim — and no lot ships without a certificate behind it. Certificates are issued per lot on request: email info@purechainpeps.com with the batch number from your vial and we send the full document, usually the same business day.

Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry — the test that catches a vial filled with the wrong compound — purity is measured by HPLC with the chromatogram included, and net content is checked so a 10mg vial holds 10mg. The analysis is run by a third-party laboratory, not in-house; we never self-certify. The batch number on your label is the key: send it to info@purechainpeps.com and the document for that exact lot comes back to you.

Our products are sold exclusively to credentialed researchers, certified laboratories, and accredited scientific institutions. Personal or recreational orders are not accepted under any circumstances. All customers must be at least 21 years of age to complete a purchase.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are very stable. For short-term storage under three months, room temperature in a cool, dark place is fine. For long-term storage, refrigerate at 2–8 °C or freeze at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

We do not ship internationally: research compounds crossing a border bring customs holds, import-permit requirements and seizure risk that change without notice, and we would rather not sell you something that gets stopped at the frontier.

Research peptides are synthetically produced compounds used exclusively in controlled scientific environments. They support preclinical studies, academic investigations and early-stage development — and are strictly not intended for human or animal consumption.

All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express — plus Apple Pay, and Zelle, Venmo or Cash App if you would rather send a transfer. One thing worth knowing before you start: American Express is frequently declined through Apple Pay. The card itself is fine, it is the wallet lane that rejects it, so enter your Amex manually as a card at checkout instead. Transfers by Zelle, Venmo or Cash App are confirmed by hand, so those orders ship once the payment lands rather than immediately.

Orders placed before 1 PM ET on a business day leave our Tampa, Florida fulfilment centre the same day; anything later, at a weekend or on a federal holiday goes out the next business day. Delivery is typically three to five business days in the continental US via UPS or USPS. Shipping is free over $250 and a flat $9.95 below that — never calculated by weight and never a surprise at the last step. Packaging is plain and unmarked: no branding, no compound names, nothing on the outside that says what is inside. Lyophilized peptides need no cold chain for a standard transit; heat-sensitive material travels with ice packs at no extra cost. Tracking is emailed the moment the label is created.

We replace or refund it. A broken or discoloured vial, a wrong item, or a package the carrier confirms as lost are all put right in full, and we cover return postage when the error is ours. Two practical things: report it within five days of delivery, and keep the vial, packaging and shipping label until the claim is reviewed with photographs of all of it. That window is what the carrier claim runs on, so a late report can leave us unable to recover anything. If tracking stops updating for more than five business days, tell us and we will chase it. Once tracking confirms delivery, securing the parcel is on you — a doorstep theft after confirmed delivery is generally not refundable.

No. Once a vial leaves our control we cannot verify how it was stored or handled, and reselling material with an unknown chain of custody is exactly the practice this industry needs less of. Unopened vials in original condition can be returned within 30 days. A lot that fails to match its Certificate of Analysis is refunded in full regardless — and we want to hear about it.

Sealed and lyophilized, a vial is stable for years frozen at -20 °C and for months refrigerated. Once it is in solution the clock speeds up considerably — most reconstituted peptides hold for roughly two to four weeks at 2–8 °C, though it varies by compound. Keep solutions cold and out of light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles; that does more damage than time does. If you need the figure for a specific compound, ask us and we will give you the one for that peptide rather than a general rule.
